Gowdie Management Group has been transforming city scapes and helping to shape regional Australia through the delivery of major infrastructure projects for almost 20 years.

Principal John Gowdie established the company in August 2004 to address a growing need for proven ‘hands-on’ construction and project management of complex major infrastructure as well as smaller commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Within five years the company had opened an office in Perth, which was followed two years later with another in Melbourne.

Today, Gowdie Management Group has a strong presence on the Australian property development, project management and construction scene with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth employing 25 staff and an extensive network of trusted consultants nationwide.

This significant growth has been largely due to our team’s recognised expertise in strategic property and project management advice and practical application across a wide range of sectors.

Our team is committed to excellence and continually increasing our  capabilities, which has

allowed us to deliver projects of any scale, from prisons and pipelines to educational facilities and resorts.
