Gowdie Management Group was engaged to design and construct an industrial development on a greenfield site at Bluestone Circuit, Seventeen Mile Rocks as the national headquarters and distribution centre.

The development included 340m² of commercial space, incorporating training rooms, a parts distribution area and a staff cafe.  The warehouse space of 1300m²  including storage facilities, a product display room and a mezzanine for additional storage.
