Ernst & Young engaged Gowdie Management Group to undertake development management of Stage 1 works at Chancellors Estate, Rockhampton after it was placed into receivership.

‘Chancellors’ is a master-planned residential community comprising house and land packages surrounded by future parklands and nature reserves.

Our role included negotiations with Rockhampton Regional Council, management of the development approval and subdivision of lots, supervision and coordination of construction works, maintenance of the project budget and provision of full documentation to respective parties throughout the project.
