Ernst & Young engaged Gowdie Management Group to project manage infrastructure rectification works at Emerald Hill Estate in Brassall after it was placed into receivership.

The estate comprised of vacant residential lots with partially complete infrastructure.

We were contracted to finalised works on a staged basis, which included site supervision, civil and drainage works, hardscape and softscape rectification, supply of labour, materials, rubbish removal and coordination and facilitation of power and communications supply.

To do this we liaised with Ernst & Young, Ipswich City Council and consultants and subcontractors. We also provided full contracts administration services ensuring strict management of project budgets, schedules, reporting and documentation.
