KordaMentha’s Brisbane office, on level 14/12 Creek Street, required a complete refurbishment of its front-of-house and communal areas to meet the company’s businesss requirements and match its corporate stature.

Gowdie Management Group was appointed to manage this upmarket and innovative refurbishment which included a reception area, meeting rooms, board room and function area from concept through to close out.

Our role included liaising with building management, facilitating consultants and acting as superintendent of the building contractor.  We were also responsible for managing the program and overall project budget. The refurbishment was largely carried out during normal working hours with minimal disruption to KordaMenthas daily activities.

Our focused attention to functionality, quality, programming and communication were critical  to the successful delivery of this project .
