Gowdie Management Group was appointed superintendent for the construction of Libertine, a boutique residential development in the trendy suburb of Northcote, 8km from Melbourne’s CBD. This four-storey complex comprises 34 one and two-bedroom residential apartments, a ground floor retail shop, an in-ground car stacker system and a rooftop terrace with city views.
Our team was involved from the commencement of the demolition and in-ground works, all the way through to handover of the completed product. We administered the contract on the client’s behalf ensuring all the contractual obligations were met. This included the novation of consultants, addressing requests for information, assessing variation claims and preparing monthly progress payment certifications.
