Liberty Villas retirement village was inundated by slow rising flood waters from the Burnett River in the devastating 2013 floods that affected Queensland. The Burnett River reached 9.53 metres in its peak which resulting in 300mm of water entering the 124-units and recreation areas.

Gowdie Management Group were engaged by KordaMentha to inspect the property and the damages and to undertake a comprehensive remediation report including the extent of the repairs and costs to rectify.
