Gowdie Management Group were the appointed project managers for the design and construction of National Storage’s self-storage facility in Croydon, Melbourne.

Our team was involved in the design development, DA and BA approval, tender process, contract preparation and negotiations, contractor engagement and acted as the Principal’s representative throughout the build.

Comprising of 309 self-storage units across a total building area of 4,781 square metres over two floors, the facility includes two goods lifts, an office and reception area and 23 car parks and three loading bays.
