The Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC) Trust awarded Gowdie Management Group the project management role for various staged landscaping projects across the QEIIMC hospital grounds.

The staged works have been designed to provide some cohesion between new and older sections of the hospital site, as well as to improve function of outdoor areas.

Our team coordinated consultants, arranged the tender process and managed the Head Contractor through the works phase.
