Raine Square is the most prominent and prestigious addition to the Perth CBD skyline, comprising 57,000m² of leasable area over 21 levels of office and retail space. The extensive redevelopment  incorporated two existing hotels, heritage facades and a direct underground link to Perth’s newest main train station on William Street, which will service the northern and southern suburbs.

KordaMentha awarded us the project management contract and assumed developer’s position after the owners went into receivership. Practical completion was successfully achieved in November 2011.

We have been retained to manage the defects period and tenancy fit-outs of both commercial and retail tenancies.
