Directly opposite one of Coolangatta’s most popular beaches, Reflections On The Sea is a premium beach-front apartment complex that was placed into receivership in <<insert date>> before all units had been sold.

Receivers KordaMentha engaged Gowdie Management Group to project manage a defect review and rectification works of each of the one, two and three-bedroom apartments to expedite the sale of the remaining units.

Our review found many of the apartments required a range of works, including general maintenance, plumbing and pool and landscape maintenance.

We ensured all rectification work was completed on time and within budget, which helped to facilitate the sale of all units.
