KM Develop has appointed Gowdie Management Group project managers for the design and construction of one of the newest additions to the Melbourne skyline.

Known as South Wharf Towers, the dual tower development planned at 85-93 Lorimer Street in Melbourne’s vibrant Docklands district, was designed by award-winning architect Elenberg Fraser. It comprises 940 residential apartments in two towers rising above a shared podium containing 778 car parks, 400 bicycle bays, retail space and a gym. One tower will be 47 storeys high, the other will be 49. Work on the $260 million development is expected to be completed in 2022.
