Placer Property engaged Gowdie Management Group to provide project management and superintendent services from contract preparation and negotiation services to construction and close out for the Sunbury Childcare facility.

The 122-child place facility included seven children’s rooms, amenities, a reception and commercial kitchen, administration office, laundry, staff room and meeting rooms across two levels. Our team delivered this project two weeks ahead of programme. 

This project was successfully completed in 2019.
