The Simulation Centre project provides a purpose-built training facility for clinical staff, doctors and students. The centre was built within a wing of an existing 47 year old building within the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital site.

Gowdie Management Group project managed the works in two stages; the first stage was the demolition of existing laboratory facilities and asbestos removal; and the second was the fitout for the facility.

The project encompassed all phases of construction for which our team managed as lead consultant for the client. This included; scoping and preliminary schematics involving intensive stakeholder input and management; design documentation; preparation of full tender documentation and management of the tender in accordance with the WA government procurement process; construction and fitout works management; and project close. We also coordinated integrated works which were carried out internally and directly by the client.
