George Frilingos

Certificate III - Carpentry and Concreting; Diploma Building and Construction; Diploma in Project Management;

George has over 18 years of residential and commercial experience delivering projects of varying sizes and budgets with a focus on high-end architecturally designed homes. He has developed an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of a project through practical experience and a strong knowledge base, handling all phases of a building project from planning and design to construction.

After leaving the police force, George gained his formwork carpenter qualification and started his own business specialising in the residential sector. This gave him an intricate experience and knowledge of construction methodologies and cost estimating to effectively budget the time and cost to complete projects.

Prior to joining the team at Gowdie Management Group, George worked in a dual-role with JVR Global offering construction management services and as a trainer and assessor for the construction industry. George coordinated and supervised all design and construction processes on residential and commercial projects, working with a range of specialists and trades.

George has a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors and consultants and continues to exceed their expectations through his effective communication and negotiation skills. His attention to detail and diligence has allowed him to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
