Jonah Fidler

Jonah joined Gowdie Management Group as a Contract Administrator / Estimator in 2022. Jonah brings with him valuable experience working with 2nd tier builders and large services contractors in estimating teams and providing assistance with contract administration.

Since joining GMG, Jonah has honed his contract administration and estimating skills assisting our building and project management team delivering successful tender submissions and building projects. Jonah’s attention to detail is an asset to GMG’s estimating team and our project delivery team.

Jonah’s previous experience within the McNab Constructions estimating team has given him understanding of all elements and stages of construction, from planning all the way through to execution and close out of residential high-rise and commercial construction.

Jonah is currently administering GMG’s boutique residential construction projects with the mentorship of our senior project management team. Jonah’s can do attitude and dedication to providing outstanding service is no doubt a win / win situation for GMG and our Clients.

There were cost overruns which arose from picking up a part-complete project for the previous builder which collapsed and left a monumental level of defects and rework.
