Thomas Thorsen

Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development

Thomas joined the team at Gowdie Management Group while completing his higher school studies and continued through his tertiary studies gaining hands-on experience in the residential construction team. Now, a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development, Thomas has replaced his tools for a laptop joining the team full-time as a Project Assistant under the mentorship of Principal, John Gowdie.

Since 2019, Thomas has accrued experience across the project management, construction and development teams. He has developed skills in budgeting and forecasting, reporting, market research, feasibilities and procurement. Thomas attends regular site meetings to conduct quality and safety audits as part of Gowdie Management Groups Quality Management System.

Thomas has developed a strong rapport between colleagues, building owners, developers and tradesmen and is a valuable support to our team.
