We engaged Gowdie Management Group to oversee a “big tier” managing contractor for an exceptionally complex assignment. There were cost overruns which arose from picking up a part-complete project for the previous builder which collapsed and left a monumental level of defects and rework. Our stakeholders regards the finished product as the new benchmark product as the new benchmark for construction of its type. I have no doubt our losses would have been significantly higher without the input from Gowdie Management Group.
