James Gowdie

Since joining Gowdie Management Group, James has accrued valuable practical experience in project and construction management, working on several high-profile projects, including the Raine Square High-rise (Perth, WA), and Hopkins Correctional Centre (Ararat, VIC) Expansion Project (Public­ Private Partnership).

Over the last few years, James has been involved with leading a consortium as the Due Diligence Lead on behalf of Cladding Safety Victoria, completing due diligence inspections and associated Stakeholder reporting on residential buildings throughout Victoria for the rectification of combustible cladding.

James excels in project reporting, due diligence, design and cost control, construction and facilities management, mixed use commercial developments and distressed asset management. Before entering the construction industry in 2011 James specialised in information technology where he gained valuable experience across a diverse range of industries and software platforms, making him a versatile and valuable member of our team.
